TESL Certificate Program CurriculumThe TESL Program in Guadalajara is an intensive 4-week course. The 140-hour program combines theory instruction with practical classroom experience. The program runs concurrently with the English program at VLC. Students are assigned to a mentor teacher and play an active role in his or her classroom for the duration of the course. Students also have the opportunity to observe a variety of ESL classes in progress and experience the operational realities of a language school from the first day of class to the final exam.
