Student Residences in North Vancouver

Our Student Residence Facilities

We can accommodate up to 350 students.  Tennis courts, a gymnasium, music room, weight room, study centre, student lounge with a big-screen TV, and a large cafeteria are available to all residents.

Our separate male and female residence buildings, named after the scenic North Shore mountains, are designed with your comfort and security in mind.

Rooms accommodate two students and are furnished with beds and linens, desks, closets and bookshelves. Each room is wired so that you may use your laptop computer to access the campus computer network and the Internet. Common lounges on each floor are well equipped with cable TVs, VCRs, microwaves and refrigerators. Shared washrooms and showers are steps from each room and laundry facilities are available on each floor.

Student Residence Location 

The residence is located near the Second Narrows Bridge, in North Vancouver.  It is approximately 30 minutes, by bus, from downtown Vancouver.

It is very close to Mount Seymour, one of the most popular ski mountains in the Vancouver area.  Numerous beaches, parks, community centres, and shopping malls are also nearby.  North Vancouver has a good reputation as one of the most safe and attractive areas in the greater Vancouver area.

Residence Food Services 

Full cafeteria meal services are provided. Well balanced meals consisting of a variety of international and Canadian food are served. Meal service is included, at no additional charge, for students living in residence. 

Three meals are provided every day.  Bagged lunches are available on school days.

The Study Centre 

The study centre provides you with facilities and resources for independent learning. Facilities include a study area and computers with Internet access. Study carrels are close to the resource books and the computers. Newspapers and a small library of videos has recently been added for student use.

Student Residence Fees 

Regular Fee: CAD$1,000 per month

Additional Weeks: CAD$280 per week

The monthly rate is calculated according to the day you arrive.  If you arrive on April 15, for example, your first month will end on May 14.  The minimum stay is one month.
