The IELTS Test Centre will process your payment and application and send you confirmation of your test date. Please note that personal cheques are not accepted.

SFU Harbour Centre will process your payment, issue you a receipt, and send your application to the IELTS Test Centre. The Test Centre will process your application and send you confirmation of your test date. Please note : in-person payment is only avaialable at SFU Harbour Centre. Please do not try to pay in person at any other SFU campuses.

IELTS Test Refunds

If a candidate decides to postpone or cancel five weeks before the scheduled test date, a full refund (less a $25.00 administrative fee) will be issued. No refunds will be issued if the candidate makes the request less than five weeks before the scheduled test date. We regret that we cannot make exceptions to the refund policy for candidates who register late. Refunds are paid by cheque and usually take three to four weeks from the date of your request to be processed and mailed to you.
